Returns

 

Currently, we do accept returns from the orders placed within the US , Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or defective items. All international sales are final, and no refunds will be issued unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival .

The Refund Policy is valid for 14 days from your purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it and must also be in its original packaging. Regrettably, we are unable to accept empty or nearly empty containers for refund or exchange. We encourage customers to thoroughly test and evaluate our skincare products while keeping the original packaging. If you have any concerns about a product, please contact our customer support for assistance.

 

Please note that all sales of limited edition products are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for these items.

Please be advised that all sales of digital products are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. If you have any questions or concerns about a digital product, please contact our customer support for assistance.

We do not accept returns for books or journals unless they are in brand new and unused condition. Thank you for your understanding of this policy, which helps maintain the quality of our reading materials

International Orders

All international sales are final, and no refunds will be issued unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. This policy includes situations where customers have changed their minds, ordered the wrong product, or no longer want the item.

 

Due to the complexities of international shipping, we are unable to accept returns for international orders. Please ensure that your order is accurate and meets your specifications before completing the purchase. If you have any question about a product please contact our support at support@bbaorganic.com we will be more than happy to assist you.

In the case of damaged or defective items in international orders, we will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances. If you receive a damaged or defective item in your international order, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to address the issue and provide a resolution.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

To complete your refund, we will need a receipt or your order number. In case of problems, please contact us at: support@bbaorganic.com to specify the reasons for your problems, and then, if necessary, you can return the goods within 14 days.

We will email you a return shipping label free of charge, once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved you will receive an email confirmation and your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days depending on your bank.

Order Cancelation 

If you need to cancel your order you can email us immediately at support@bbaorganic.com  so we can cancel and refund the order before shipping .

 

Shipping

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Currently we offer free shipping for orders over $100 .

Note

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.

  • If the delivery address is entered incorrectly will work with you to get the package to you; please note this process might take 2-3 weeks, and bba organic takes no responsibility. However, we will do our best to deliver the package safely to you.

  • Currently, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders. If a product is damaged or defective, please contact us at support@bbaorganic.com. We will be more than happy to help you.

 

Product Life

 

bba organic products are made with natural, unrefined ingredients without synthetic preservatives and are almost always organic or wild-harvested. Because of this, our items are meant for regular use and should be consumed within 6-12 months once opened.
