Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped from our warehouse on Monday or the next business day.
Order processing times may be delayed by a few days during holidays, launches, limited-edition releases, or other times when we’re experiencing a high volume of orders.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If your order’s shipment is delayed significantly, we will contact you via email to notify you.
Potential Delays and COVID-19
The health and safety of our employees and customers are our top priority. We’ve redesigned our order fulfillment center to comply with government/state-recommended social distancing and personal protective equipment guidelines.
We will notify you when your order is shipped or if we foresee any issues fulfilling your order.
International orders may experience some delays due to COVID-19. If you have not received your order, and it shipped 30 days ago, please contact our customer service team here for further assistance.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. At this stage, please allow time for order processing. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email notification once your order has shipped. The shipping confirmation email will contain your order tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for this tracking number to become active.
Shipping Options & Delivery Costs
We currently ship to the United States and Armenia only. Shipping fees for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We use USPS First Class-USPS Priority Mail-UPS Ground for the United States and private carriers for Armenia.
Shipping within The US
We charge $5.5-$7 based on the weight of the product, for the United States orders.
All orders over $100 qualify for free shipping to addresses within the United States.
International Shipping Rates
We provide international shipping to Armenia directly. We also ship to other countries using the service of Shipito
Please read Shipito's terms and conditions before you place an order from the E.U. and other countries. BBA Organic can provide a tracking number to the Shipito facility in the U.S. Consequently, your package will be forwarded via Shipito within the shipping carrier of your choice.
This is how it works:

You go to shipito.com and register to get your U.S. address.

After signing up, you can order BBA products with your US address, so when you checkout from bbaorganic.com's page, you put the delivery address you were provided.

When Shipito receives your order you will be required to purchase a shipping label to receive your package. You can use the shipping calculator at Shipito's website to estimate your shipping cost. Please, note you might be required to pay taxes in your county to receive your order.

Also, Shipito might charge you if the item stays in their storage for a long time and you don’t purchase a label for a storage fee.

In case you want to return the item, you can let Shipito know and buy the shipping label to our address. Once we receive the items we will fully refund except for the shipping price.

Due to the conflict in Ukraine, most shipping companies suspended deliveries to Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine. Please use the shipping calculator to find out if your order can be delivered to your country.

NOTE: Getting your package via Shipito is an option. Still, we do not take any responsibility for what happens when the order is shipped to your preferred U.S. address, as our job is only to deliver the package to the U.S. address. If there are prohibited items or any custom or import issues related to the package, we do not bear any responsibility.
For orders from Armenia, we charge $18-$40 based on the product's weight. International shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import taxes, duties, or VAT applied to your order when it reaches the destination country. All fees imposed are the responsibility of the customer. BBA Organic is not responsible for these charges. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website, as these fees can sometimes be significant, and we cannot calculate them for you.
Shipping to PO Boxes
Shipping is available to PO boxes within the continental United States.
Damages, Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
If you don’t receive your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@bbaorganic.com with your name and order number, and we’ll look into it for you.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at support@bbaorganic.com. Please include your order number, details of the damage, and a photo of the item’s condition.
We address damages on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, as they may be needed to contact the shipping carrier and make a claim.
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the return shipping costs.
